Deluxe Sales Corporation is a partnership firm started in 2022, before this we were know to be Deluxe Engineers which was almost a 38 year old firm started in 1984 by Shri Dilip Motilal Shah.

Over four decades ago, a passionate B.Com graduate with entrepreneurial vision saw an opportunity in the rising wave of India’s agricultural growth. With a deep understanding of market needs and a humble background, he founded our distribution business, driven by a mission to provide high-quality, reliable agricultural products to those who feed the nation—our farmers.

Partnering with trusted industry leaders like Finolex, Texmo, L&T, Bosch and several other renowned brands, we brought world-class products to local markets—combining legacy, trust, and innovation under one roof.

What started as a small venture has now become a respected name in Talegaon and surrounding regions, affectionately known as the Wadekar family—a name synonymous with integrity, resilience, and customer trust.

Even after nearly 40 years in the business, our founder remains deeply engaged in the minute details of the industry, ensuring excellence in every product we deliver. His core belief remains unchanged: every rupee earned by a hardworking farmer must be spent on the right product—a value we continue to uphold with unwavering commitment.

Today, the legacy continues as his son joins him in steering the company forward, blending experience with modern perspectives to build a future rooted in the same values of trust, quality, and service.

Our Story: Rooted in Trust, Grown with Purpose

With a strong academic foundation—a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from a renowned Indian university, followed by a specialized marketing course in London—our founder began his career at Deloitte, working as a US Tax Consultant with hedge fund clients. Yet, an entrepreneurial spirit always stirred within him.

Driven by a passion to build something of his own, he soon launched R T Apparel LLP, an organic cotton clothing brand under the label Outliers Clothing Co., aimed at promoting sustainable fashion in India.

While building his brand, he recognized the rapid growth of the real estate sector in his region. With deep roots in a family business specializing in agriculture and plumbing distribution, he identified a new opportunity—supplying plumbing solutions to real estate developers.

Leveraging his background and business acumen, he built a robust supply chain and warehousing system, sourcing and managing best-in-class plumbing brands to serve the needs of modern infrastructure projects. His focus on quality, efficiency, and reliability quickly earned the trust of top developers.

Today, he proudly serves an A+ client list of over 40 leading conglomerates, including some of the most ethical and respected builders in the industry. His unwavering priority: retaining client trust and building lasting relationships through service excellence.

He is also an active and proud member of business communities like BNI, JBN, and IPA, continually expanding his network and sharing knowledge.
